By downloading or using Printora, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Printora is a mobile application that helps users create photo layouts optimized for A4 printing. The app provides automatic person detection, layout suggestions, and PDF generation features.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use Printora only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Ensure you have the right to use and print any photos you process through the app
• Not use the app to create content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app

Subscriptions and Payments

Printora offers free and paid subscription tiers:

• Free tier: Limited to 5 layouts per month with watermarks
• Premium subscription: Unlimited layouts, no watermarks, billed monthly or annually
• Lifetime purchase: One-time payment for perpetual Premium access

All payments are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Intellectual Property

The Printora app, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to your photos and the layouts you create.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Printora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Print quality depends on your printer and paper quality.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Printora.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of Printora after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or via email.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Printora at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
